  ¢Á Copy of the Applicant's ID Card (Passport or Driver's License)

  ¢Á Power of Attorney: Copy of the Truster/Trustee's ID Card
  ¢Á Foreigner Applicant: Copy of Passport, Certificate of Foreigner
  Registration/Korea Visa

  ¡Ø Power of Attorney must be written in Chinese language and notarized. We can act as a
  proxy in writing the Power of Attorney at a charge of KRW30,000.

  ¡Ø Notarization : You need to submit the Certificate of Registered Seal and put your registered
  seal on the Application for Notarization. It is also required to put your seal and signature on the Application for Chinese Embassy's Legalization.

  ¢Á Confirm the documents to be submitted for the embassy's legalization.
  ¢Á You must fill in purpose of document, name of document submitted authorities,
  address, contact number and etc. in the application form.

  ¢Á All the documents for both civil purpose (personal documents) and
  commercial purpose (corporate documents) can be submitted for embassy's legalization. You need to get certification of the documents used in China.
  ¢Á For the documents related to real estate sales/purchase, company
  establishment, Chinese visa extension, marriage registration, birth registration, power of attorney and etc., please check the local regulations.

  basic translation (within 1 sheet), the notarization by law firm/notary office (based on 4 sheets per document), the certification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the legalization from the embassy.

  ¢Á Tax invoice issuance is possible with 10% of VAT.
  ¢Á You need to put your signature on Power of Attorney, Statement and Consent to get
  certification.
  ¢Á You need to get certification of the document used in China.
  ¢Á The charges for translation, notarization and certification should be paid in advance.
  ¢Á You need to bear the cost for quick delivery service, parcel delivery service and
  registered mail.
